In writing and self-publishing this book, my goal is to introduce the flavors of craft beer into outdoor cookery. GRILLING WITH BEER accomplishes that goal with 110 recipes, loads of color illustrations, and fine color food photography, all designed to make you want to fire up the grill.
I began work on GRILLING WITH BEER in 2001, and after winning the Weber-Stephen Fellowship for Food Writing on Outdoor Cookery in 2005, I began testing collected recipes with the help of dedicated taste-testers. Other recipe contributors include:
